An indoor LED video wall delivers seamless, high-brightness imaging that traditional LCD video walls and projection cannot match. With narrow bezels (or completely seamless cabling), uniform color and flexible sizing, LED is now the default choice for conference rooms, retail stores, broadcast studios, churches and control centers.
Pixel pitch is the distance in millimeters between adjacent LEDs (e.g. P1.5, P2.5, P3, P4). A smaller pitch means higher resolution at close viewing distance. For most indoor applications:
Choosing a pitch tighter than you need wastes budget; too loose and the image looks "pixelated" up close. Match pitch to your shortest typical viewing distance.
Indoor environments need far less brightness than outdoor — typically 800–1500 nits is plenty. More critical indoors is the refresh rate (≥ 1920 Hz, ideally 3840 Hz) so the screen shows smoothly on camera and doesn't flicker on phones.
If the wall is permanent, choose indoor fixed LED displays with slim die-cast cabinets and front maintenance. If you run events, indoor rental LED displays use quick-lock panels built for fast rigging and repeated tear-down.
Standard cabinets are 500×500 mm or 500×1000 mm. Lighter magnesium-aluminum cabinets reduce rigging load and labor. Confirm heat dissipation — passive cooling is quieter for meeting rooms.
Decide your source resolution (1080p / 4K) and size the wall to match it without scaling artifacts. A video processor / sending box handles splitting and scaling across cabinets.
